Patient Care Services
When illness, surgery or old age makes daily life unmanageable, Teemardari arranges patient care at home in Lahore: trained attendants, caregivers and nurses who help with washing, meals, medicines and movement, by the hour, by the shift or round the clock.
Home Nursing Services
At Teemardari, patient care at home in Lahore means practical help with what illness takes away: washing, eating, reaching the washroom, and getting through the night. Families come to us when the work has grown beyond what they can safely manage alone.
You choose the level of help, from an attendant for a few hours to round-the-clock cover, and a senior nurse keeps the plan current as the patient’s condition changes.
Trained attendants, caregivers and nurses for patients recovering at home or living with a long illness. Help with personal care, meals, medicines and movement, by the hour, by the shift or round the clock, with everything written down for your family.

What We Provide
Seven services, each for a different stage of illness. Your coordinator will help you choose.
Who the service suits, what the carer actually does, and how the hours are arranged.

Bedridden Patient Care
Bedridden patient care is the hands-on work of keeping someone comfortable and free of complications when they cannot leave their bed. Carers turn and reposition on a schedule, give bed baths and mouth care, change diapers and bedding, feed the patient sitting upright and move stiff limbs gently. A supervising nurse checks the heels, hips and lower back for the first signs of a pressure sore.
Post-Surgery Patient Care
Post-surgery care follows your surgeon’s written instructions rather than a standard routine. The nurse inspects the incision and any drain, records temperature, pulse and blood pressure, changes dressings when they are due and gives prescribed painkillers on time so the patient can breathe deeply and move. Fever, a red or leaking wound, fresh bleeding or calf pain are reported to your surgeon the same day.
Post-Hospitalisation Care
Most avoidable returns to hospital start with a muddled medicine list, a missed warning sign, too little to drink or a fall. Our nurse reads the discharge summary with your family, lays every old and new medicine out into one timed routine, checks blood pressure, oxygen, sugar and temperature, and keeps the follow-up appointments and pending reports in one place.
Related Care
Most patients need more than one service. We arrange them together, so you call one number.
Wound checks, pain relief and first steps after surgery.
Turning, bed baths and pressure-sore watch.
Skilled nursing for frail parents and grandparents.
A PMDC-registered doctor at the bedside.
Exercises to rebuild strength and movement.
Samples taken at home for your doctor.
Reviews for diabetes, blood pressure and heart disease.
An attendant to stay with the patient.
Postnatal and newborn care by trained staff.
Long-Term Patient Care
Long-term care is built around continuity. One primary carer learns the patient’s habits, appetite and small signs of change, a named relief carer covers leave, and a senior nurse reviews the written plan at set intervals and whenever the condition shifts. Shift logs make slow changes in weight, skin or mood visible early.
Patient Attendant Services
An attendant is non-clinical help, and that is the point: much of what a weak patient needs is not a treatment. The attendant helps them sit up, stand, walk and reach the washroom, supports meals and drinks, notices pain or confusion early and calls for help. Attendants also sit at a hospital bedside and escort patients to dialysis, chemotherapy and scans.
Caregiver / Aya Services
Bathing, changing and toileting are the tasks families find hardest to keep up, and the ones patients feel most exposed by. Our caregivers work with the door closed and the body covered except where they are washing, dry skin folds properly to prevent rashes, and keep clothes and bedding fresh. A female aya is available on request.

Who Comes to Your Home
An attendant, a caregiver or aya, or a qualified nurse, depending on what the care plan needs. We give you the carer’s name and background before the first shift.
A senior nurse writes the plan, reads the shift notes and visits to check that care matches it. When the patient’s condition changes, the plan is rewritten with your family.
Yes. We can arrange a phone call or a short introductory visit, so nobody meets for the first time mid-shift.
Tell your coordinator rather than the carer. We arrange a replacement and brief them from the same plan.
Caring for someone unwell is tiring in a way that is hard to explain to anyone who has not done it. Teemardari puts trained hands into the house so the heavy, repetitive work is shared: the washing, the turning, the medicines at odd hours, the long nights. Families get to be family again.
Call us and tell us what the patient needs.
A patient at home sleeps in their own bed, eats familiar food and sees their own family, and the risk of picking up a hospital infection drops. Much of what a recovering or long-term patient needs is careful routine rather than hospital equipment, and routine is easier to keep at home.
Care starts with an assessment at home, not a price list. A senior nurse looks at the diagnosis, the prescriptions, how much the patient can still manage alone and how the household runs, then writes a plan covering personal care, meals, mobility, medicines and the warning signs to act on. It is reviewed whenever the doctor changes treatment or the patient’s condition changes.

FAQs
What families ask us most before arranging patient care at home.
An attendant helps the patient move, eat and stay safe. A caregiver or aya takes on bathing, changing and feeding. A qualified nurse handles clinical work: injections, drips, wound dressings, catheters and feeding tubes. Many patients need two of the three, and the care plan says plainly who does what.
Both, and most things in between: a few hours a day, a day or night shift, round-the-clock cover with two carers, or a live-in carer who stays at your home.
Yes. Say which you prefer when you book. A female aya for a female patient and a male carer where lifting is heavy are both routine requests.
No. Injections, drips, wound dressings and catheter changes are nursing work, done by a qualified nurse on a valid prescription. Attendants and caregivers never give an injection, adjust a drip or change a prescribed dose, and they call the nurse for anything clinical.
Yes. Where a patient is on a tracheostomy, oxygen, suction or close monitoring, we place an ICU-trained nurse rather than a caregiver. They are in short supply, so give us notice and share the discharge summary.
Charges follow the level of staff and the hours: an attendant is not priced like a caregiver, and neither is priced like a nurse. You get the rate for your case before care begins.
The prescription, discharge summary and recent reports, the patient’s current medicines, and a clean surface near the bed. Tell us what equipment is already at home, such as a hospital bed, air mattress, commode or oxygen.
Our team usually reaches you within two hours of your call to discuss the case and arrange an assessment. Whether a shift can be covered the same evening depends on the carers free in your area.
Tell us who needs care and we’ll call you back to confirm the nurse, doctor or service.
