How We Work
Care at home goes wrong in predictable ways: nobody turns up, the records are not kept, the family ends up managing a roster, or a change in the patient’s condition is noticed by no one. We are built around those four failures. A coordinator owns the case, a senior nurse owns the clinical plan, every visit is written down, and relief cover is ours to arrange rather than yours.
What Happens Before Anyone Arrives
Every applicant is interviewed and their qualification, identity and references are checked before a first placement. Families are letting a stranger into the house at a hard time, and that step is not skipped however urgent the request. Clinical work follows the treatment plan the patient’s own doctor has written — our staff do not start treatment or change a dose on their own.
What We Will Not Do
We will not take a booking for a patient who needs a hospital, and we say so plainly rather than sending someone and hoping. We do not promise recoveries, cures or outcomes. We do not give treatment without a prescription. A life-threatening emergency means Rescue 1122 or the nearest emergency department, not a home visit.
