Questions About Where We Cover

Common questions about round-the-clock nursing at home in Lahore.

Do you cover my area if it is not listed?

Round-the-clock cover is normally two 12-hour shifts, usually 8am to 8pm and 8pm to 8am. The nurse going off duty waits for the nurse coming on and hands over at the bedside. If you would rather have one live-in nurse, we can arrange that instead, with agreed rest breaks during the day.

Does the area change how quickly a nurse arrives?

For true 24-hour cover it is two nurses, one per shift, because no nurse can stay alert for 24 hours. A live-in nurse is one person who stays in the house and sleeps there, which suits a stable patient who needs help rather than continuous monitoring. Your coordinator will tell you which one fits the patient.

Can you send staff outside Lahore?

A place for the nurse to sit, wash her hands and keep supplies, and the patient’s prescribed medicines, dressings and feeds. Tell us what equipment is already at home, such as a hospital bed, oxygen or a suction machine, and your coordinator will confirm what else is needed before the first shift.

Is the charge different in different areas?

Often yes, depending on nurse availability in your area and what the patient needs. Call or WhatsApp with the diagnosis, the help required and your location, and the coordinator will tell you straight away whether a night shift can be covered tonight or from the next morning.

Which areas do you cover overnight?

Yes. Tell us which you prefer when you book and we will match it where a nurse is available. Many families ask for a female nurse for a female patient and a male nurse where lifting is needed; both are normal requests.

What do you need to find the house?

Charges depend on the shift pattern, how long the care is needed and the level of nursing skill involved, so an ICU-trained nurse is not priced the same as general nursing. Your coordinator gives you the rate for your case before care begins, and tells you what is not included.
