Home Diagnostics Services
Teemardari brings lab tests, health checks and ECG recordings to your home in Lahore. A trained phlebotomist or nurse visits at a time that suits you, records every reading carefully, and shares reports with you and your doctor.
Home Diagnostics Services
Teemardari brings the sample collection and the routine checks to you, so an elderly parent, a patient recovering at home or anyone who simply cannot spare half a day does not have to sit in a laboratory queue. A trained phlebotomist or nurse comes to the house, takes what the doctor asked for, and the results go where they are needed.
A single reading taken in a busy clinic says very little. Taken at home, at rest, at the same time of day and written down each visit, it starts to show a pattern your doctor can treat. We collect and record; the interpretation stays with your doctor.
Our Diagnostic Services
From a single blood draw to months of tracked readings. Your doctor decides which of these is needed.
Carried out at home by a trained phlebotomist or a qualified nurse, with sterile single-use equipment, the result written down at the time, and a copy shared with you and the doctor treating your family. Open the service to see what the visit involves and how to prepare for it.

Blood Sample Collection
If your doctor has written a list of tests, a trained phlebotomist can come to you instead. The needle and tubes are sealed until the visit, the patient’s name is checked against the request, and frail patients can stay lying down. Tubes are labelled before the phlebotomist leaves the room, and the sharps go with them.
Blood Pressure Monitoring
A single clinic reading taken in a hurry is often higher than the truth. Our nurses take blood pressure the careful way at home: a few minutes of rest first, back supported, feet flat, the right cuff for the arm, and more than one reading. Every result is dated and logged, so your doctor sees a pattern and can adjust treatment with confidence.
Blood Sugar Monitoring
Diabetes is managed on patterns, not single numbers. A nurse tests at the times your doctor wants, cleans and dries the fingertip first so food traces cannot push the reading up, and records the result beside the meal and the medicine. Insulin is given only as prescribed, and an HbA1c sample can be collected during the same visit.
Alongside Testing
A test answers a question. These are the services families most often add once the answer arrives.
Recovery support when a surgeon has ordered follow-up tests.
Testing for patients who cannot travel.
Nursing for parents whose readings need watching.
A doctor who reads results with you.
Movement work alongside regular health checks.
Blood drawn at home for lab tests.
Regular review for diabetes, blood pressure and heart conditions.
Daily help at home between visits.
Checks your doctor requests during pregnancy and after.
Home Health Monitoring Programme
For a long-term condition, one reading says little. A monitoring programme starts with a baseline visit, then settles into an agreed rhythm of checks, measured the same way each time. A senior nurse reviews the record, so a drift in blood pressure, oxygen or weight is noticed early and shared with your doctor.
ECG at Home
An ECG records the heart’s electrical activity through small electrodes on the chest, wrists and ankles. Nothing is injected and nothing hurts. We bring the machine to the bedside, keep the chest covered as far as possible, and check the tracing before packing up. Your doctor reads it, not us. Chest pain happening now needs 1122 or a hospital instead.

Who Visits Your Home
A trained phlebotomist for blood collection, or a qualified nurse for readings, ECG and monitoring visits. We give you the name before the visit.
A senior nurse oversees diagnostic visits, reviews how samples were collected and stored, and checks that cuffs, glucometers and ECG leads are clean and working.
Yes. For a monitoring programme we can arrange a short call or an introductory visit before the schedule begins.
Tell your coordinator. We will send someone else for the next visit.
Getting a test done should not cost a family a whole morning, or leave an unwell parent waiting in a queue. Teemardari brings the collection kit, the monitor and the ECG machine to the house instead, across Lahore, and keeps a clear record of everything measured.
Call to arrange a visit, or send your doctor’s test request.
Teemardari collects samples and takes readings. We do not diagnose. The laboratory report, the log of readings and the ECG tracing all go to the doctor treating your family, and we will say plainly when a reading needs urgent attention. If you would like a result talked through, a doctor consultation can be arranged.
Regular checks only help if they are the right checks. We start from the doctor’s instructions and the patient’s own targets, agree how often visits should happen and what should be measured each time, then review the plan as things change. Readings sit in one running record rather than scattered slips of paper, and summaries go to your doctor at agreed intervals.

FAQs
What families ask most often before booking a test or a check at home.
On a diagnostics visit, our staff confirm the patient’s details against the test request, then do the work: draw blood into sealed tubes, take a blood pressure or glucose reading, or record an ECG. Everything measured is written down, the sharps are taken away, and you are told what happens next.
Either. Book a single visit for one blood draw or ECG, or a home health monitoring programme with regular visits over weeks.
Yes. Tell us when you book. Families often prefer a female nurse for an ECG, where electrodes sit on the chest.
A written request or prescription is best, because it names the tests and avoids a second visit. Without one, tell us what is needed when you call and we will confirm the details and any preparation before the visit.
Your doctor. Our staff record readings accurately and will tell you if a value sits outside the usual range, but diagnosis and treatment are decisions for the doctor who knows the history. A doctor consultation can be arranged if you would like a report talked through.
The visit charge depends on the service and how often staff come, and laboratory fees are separate. Your coordinator explains both before you book, with nothing added afterwards.
Keep the test request, the prescription and a list of current medicines ready, and ask us about fasting when you book. For an ECG, loose clothing helps and chest lotions are best avoided.
Fasting tests such as fasting sugar and a lipid profile are collected early in the day, and we tell you how long to fast and when water is fine. For other checks, call or WhatsApp 03176364604 and the coordinator will give you the next slot for your area.
