We take on registered nurses, nursing diploma holders, lady health visitors, midwives, physiotherapists, trained caregivers and patient attendants. What matters as much as the certificate is how you behave in someone’s home: turning up when you said you would, keeping records honestly, treating the patient and the family with respect, and asking when you are unsure rather than guessing.
What the Work Involves
Most placements are either single visits for one task, daily visits, or 12-hour day and night shifts. Depending on your qualification the work can include injections, drips, wound dressing, catheter and feeding tube care, monitoring and charting, or personal care and mobility support. You follow the treatment plan the patient’s doctor has written, and a senior nurse oversees the case.

What qualifications do I need to apply?
For nursing roles we look for a registered nurse qualification, a nursing diploma, an LHV or a midwifery qualification. For physiotherapy we look for a DPT or BSPT. Attendant and caregiver roles do not need a nursing degree, but relevant experience looking after patients counts for a great deal.
Do you hire attendants and caregivers without a nursing degree?
Yes. A large part of our work is patient attendant and caregiver placements, where the job is bedside help, hygiene, feeding, safe movement and company rather than clinical treatment. Choose Patient Attendant or Caregiver on the form and describe the patients you have looked after.
Is the work full-time, or can I choose shifts?
Both are available. Some staff take single visits around other commitments, others work regular 12-hour day or night shifts, and some prefer live-in placements. Tell us on the form which suits you and we will match cases accordingly.
Which areas of Lahore will I be sent to?
Our cases are spread across the city, including DHA, Gulberg, Johar Town, Model Town, Bahria Town, Wapda Town, Cantt and the areas along Canal, Multan and Raiwind Road. We try to place you near where you live.
Do you hire male nurses as well as female nurses?
Yes. Many families specifically request a male nurse or male attendant, particularly for male patients who need help with bathing, toileting and moving. Both male and female applicants are welcome.
What documents should I have ready?
Your qualification certificate, any registration or licence you hold, your CNIC, and contact details for references from previous employers or hospitals. You do not need them to apply, but having them ready speeds up the verification step.
Can I apply if I live outside Lahore?
Apply and tell us where you are based. Our placements are concentrated in Lahore, so applicants who can travel to or relocate within the city are easiest to place, but it is worth sending your details either way.
